Mrs. Antzy Ballou is a mental health counselor and psychotherapist (MEDITERRANEAN COLLEGE). For the last 15 years she has been working as a mental health counselor in Larissa and has given speeches at schools, clubs and conferences. Her ethical values, the integrity of her character, positive energy and respect for the client are some of the many beautiful elements that characterize her.

YOU ARE WHAT YOU THINK..

Many people today live in stressful rhythms, events overtake them, somatize their bad thoughts and often face panic attacks. Through this Project ”Mental Wellbeing”, Mrs. Ballou’s goal is to share with us ways that will help us think positively, rationalize events without somatizing them and learn to practice this.
All of this will be done through enjoyable interactive group exercises, in a beautiful atmosphere while enjoying moments of relaxation at our seaside hotel.

A FEW WORDS ABOUT THE FAMOUS DESIGNER

Laroche began his career working in a milliner’s shop and from 1949 he worked for the designer Jean Desses who eventually became his assistant. In 1955 he visited the U.S. to research new methods of manufacturing ready-to-wear garments. In 1956 or 1957, he founded the eponymous company by setting up a high fashion atelier at No. 37, Avenue Franklin Roosevelt, in Paris. Known for his humble and gentle nature – in contrast to the arrogant nature of most Parisian designers – he designed everything from haute couture to practical women’s clothing. By the late 1980s, he had some 250 boutiques worldwide. He received two Golden Thimbles, international awards for the best Parisian collection of the time.
