This house is ideal for families, so it is not rented to groups of young people.
The location is fantastic! It is located less than 1 minute walk from the beach, close to Juquehy Shopping, restaurants and bars.
It is very airy and spacious, has 5 bedrooms (3 of which are en-suites), all with air conditioning, a large living room, a full kitchen, a balcony with a barbecue area, a large garden with coconut trees, an outdoor toilet and a swimming pool to cool off on the hottest days.
The space
It is located at gate no. 4 of the beach, close to Juquehy Shopping Restaurants, fish market, bakery and supermarket.
The house is ground floor, with plenty of social and leisure space.
The kitchen is complete with some of the following main elements:

– Blender and all cooking utensils

– Barbecue with all utensils

There are 5 bedrooms, 3 suites, all with air conditioning, and arranged as follows:

– 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and a bunk bed
– 1 suite with 1 double bed and a bunk bed
In addition to a pleasant area located near the pool, with toilet, barbecue, pizza oven, hammock, table for 8 seats. Another advantage is that the house is designed to be well ventilated, with windows that allow air flow.
Guest access
– It is possible to leave up to 3 vehicles inside the property. Please do not park the cars on the grass, as they will deteriorate and turn into mud, but on the rocks.
– There is a service area with a washing machine that should only be operated by the housekeeper.
– Only one pet is allowed per stay.
– The house has a private swimming pool that is not heated
Other things to know
The house was designed for family and friends, so it is maintained and used with love.
We consider guests to be equally attentive.
– Additional guests:
R$ 300 per person/night is charged when you exceed 12 guests, including children over 2 years old, even so, the maximum limit for guests, including children over 2 years old, accepted in the house is 14 guests.
THEREFORE, THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF OCCUPANCY IN THE HOUSE IS 14 PEOPLE, INCLUDING CHILDREN OVER TWO YEARS OLD AND GUESTS. Therefore, it is important to inform us if before and/or during the stay you exceed the number of guests specified at the time of booking.
– All you will need to do is bring your own bed linen, toiletries and cleaning supplies. We provide pillows and blankets. However, bed linen and towels are available (pool/beach towel not included), if time requires it. The linen service is R$ 150 per room/exchange (the additional cost is indicated in the laundry price).
– There is an employee responsible for cleaning the pool and outdoor area that is included in the value of the accommodation.
However, it is important to consider that the cleaning cost charged on the website is to clean the house immediately after the guests’ departure.
The housekeeper who leaves the house clean, organized throughout her stay, prepares breakfast and lunch according to her requirements, is charged separately. The daily cost is paid directly to her in the amount of R$ 200 up to 10 guests and 10 to 14 guests in the amount of R$ 250.

– There are 7 sunbeds and one umbrella. There is no beach service, and this service can be arranged separately.
