This luxury villa is just a minute from JUQUEI beach. It is an ideal choice for families and is not suitable for groups of young people. It offers you absolute moments of relaxation during the day due to its location.
It is a bright, airy, comfortable and spacious villa, as it has 250m2 of built space, super-equipped and with absolute security.
The location is fantastic! It is located on the coastal road, close to the Juquehy shopping center, restaurants and bars.
It has air conditioning in all 4 suites.
The house consists of 3 floors.
On the ground floor is the recreation area, a small bedroom with a single bed and a full bathroom.
The kitchen is complete with some of the following main items:

– Wine and beer glass set
– Barbecue with all utensils

On the top floor there are 4 suites, all with air conditioning and arranged as follows:

On the third floor is the large attic, with 4 single beds, ventilated by windows.

– Uncovered garage, with space for 1 car inside and 2 outside the house.
– There is a utility room with a washing machine and dryer that must be operated only by the housekeeper.
– Only one pet is allowed per stay.
– Private pool without heating.
Other things to know
-The house was designed for family and friends, so it is lovingly maintained and used.
– Pillows and blankets are provided. However, bed linen is available upon request (at an additional cost).
– There is an employee responsible for cleaning the pool and the outdoor area which is included in the price of the accommodation.
– The housekeeper who leaves the house clean, organized throughout her stay, prepares breakfast and lunch according to your requirements and is charged separately.
– There is internet with fast Wi-Fi (300Mb – LINKFORT).
– Household power voltage 220v.
– There are 7 beach chairs and 1 umbrella. There is no beach service, and this service can be arranged separately.
