Guy Laroche was a French fashion designer and founder of the eponymous company. His favorite destination was Sivota, Thesprotia, where he built his beautiful villa and decorated it with care and love. The “villa of celebrities” as it is called exudes the air of the designer’s personality.

The villa consists of 9 rooms, 8 bathrooms, living room, kitchen, relax room, outdoor area with swimming pool and private beach. Of the total number of rooms, 7 rooms are rented, which means it can accommodate up to 14 people and they can use all the areas of the villa.

A FEW WORDS ABOUT THE FAMOUS DESIGNER
Laroche began his career working in a milliner’s shop and from 1949 he worked for the designer Jean Desses who eventually became his assistant. In 1955 he visited the U.S. to research new methods of manufacturing ready-to-wear garments. In 1956 or 1957, he founded the eponymous company by setting up a high fashion atelier at No. 37, Avenue Franklin Roosevelt, in Paris. Known for his humble and gentle nature – in contrast to the arrogant nature of most Parisian designers – he designed everything from haute couture to practical women’s clothing. By the late 1980s, he had some 250 boutiques worldwide. He received two Golden Thimbles, international awards for the best Parisian collection of the time.
