The villa consists of two levels. On the ground floor of the interior space there is a comfortable living room, a fully equipped kitchen with all modern amenities and a double bedroom with private bathroom. An internal staircase leads to the first floor to the other three bedrooms. Two of these bedrooms are equipped with king size beds for absolute luxury and the third is a bedroom with two single beds with private bathroom ideal for children to enjoy their personal space. The upper level of the house also consists of two separate bathrooms.
In all parts of the villa, elements with an emphasis on Italian architecture and influences from Portofino, Florence, Sorrento, etc. can be seen.
Outside, it has a heated swimming pool, heated jacuzzi, sitting area, sun loungers, portable gas barbecue and private parking.
